Sayso is a 1 minute solution to creating premium craft cocktails. Sayso comes in tea bag format, but unlike regular tea, infuses with cold water! All you have to do is combine water and spirits (omit spirits for a mocktail), infuse your cocktail tea bag for 1 minute, rustling until the majority of contents has dissolved, add ice, and voilà --the perfect cocktail, every time.

NO! They are unwrapped inside resealable pouches.

If you’re an OG fan you may remember our boxes with individually wrapped sachets. We moved to resealable pouches for 2 reasons: (1) Save you money! Our boxes were $24 and our pouches are $16, both for the same amount of product! This is because we eliminate unnecessary packaging and pass the savings to you. (2) Better for the environment! Let’s save on unnecessary packaging and do better for the planet :) They also have a lower carbon footprint.

Please note, no product is individually wrapped, including our Variety Packs. Our Variety Packs contain 4 flavors and there may be some trace transfer of ingredients between the tea bags, but the flavor does not become compromised.

Like tea, our recipes include some dehydrated fruit, herbs and spices. However, unlike tea, we also include sugar or sugar substitutes, as well as all-natural fruit and herb powders for instant infusion. Sayso is crafted to enjoy as a cocktail or mocktail.

NO! Our tea bags are certified biodegradable and do not contain any plastics. Enjoy with peace of mind!

Yes! We recommend using all 8 tea bags, and then multiply the liquid ratio by 8. For example with our margaritas, if you are making a cocktail pitcher, use 12 oz of spirits and 24 oz of water. To make a non-alcoholic pitcher, use 36 oz of water.

Sayso is creating a new category in the beverage space. 

Traditional ready-to-drink mixers taste artificial and are super high in sugar. Cocktail kits are labor intensive. Most dry infusions take 24-48 hours to make. 

Sayso is all-natural, delicious, and ready in just 1 minute.

No, there's no alcohol in Sayso. We ask customers to add water and spirits themselves to make a cocktail. For a mocktail, omit the spirits and add some extra water or club soda.

Yes! Sayso is perfect for when you're on the go. Bring it with you on a plane, to the beach, camping, or wherever you please!

Yes! All four Sayso cocktails are certified Non-GMO & Gluten-free.

Our Skinny Spicy Margarita, Skinny Cardamom Paloma, and Old Fashioned are also certified Vegan & Kosher.

SAYSO is shelf stable with a shelf-life of 14-24 months from manufacturing. All of our products will be labeled with a best by date. All of our pouches are resealable to maintain this freshness once you open them!

All SAYSO products are caffeine free with the exception of the Espresso Martini that contains 50mg of caffeine per tea bag. One cup of coffee contains 95mg of caffeine, so we are approximately half!

Yes! You can subscribe to receive Sayso monthly with a 12.5% discount. On each product page, you will see the option to subscribe and save.

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply any promotions or sales once an order has been placed. If you’re trying to place an order and a code is not working for you, please email us at hello@drinksayso.com with Order Help as the subject.

We accept returns for 14 days within receipt of product, for unopened Sayso boxes.

If you received a box of Sayso as a gift and would like to exchange it for a different flavor, we accept exchanges for 14 days within date of receipt for unopened boxes.

To process your return, email us at hello@drinksayso.com, and we will send you a return shipping label.

Orders typically ship out within 1 business day, and are expected to arrive on average in 3-5 business days.

Mistakes happen! Email us at hello@drinksayso.com with the subject Order Mistake. We will do our best to get this updated. Unfortunately, if your order has shipped, we won’t be able to ship a new order out unless you place another order. Going forward, please double-check your shipping address especially if you have third-party accounts (ex: Apple Pay) that auto-populate your information. Thanks!

We offer Route shipping insurance on the site. If you’re worried you may not receive your order, please purchase Route! They will ship out a new order to you if it gets lost or damaged. If you chose to not add Route, we will not be able to resend your order. You’d have to place a new order.
